To help narrow down the issue, please try to temporarily stop using Outlook client and check if the issue continues in OWA.
If it works fine in OWA, the issue might be related to the Internet connection in your environment.
If the issue persists when testing in OWA, the problem may be more relevant to the sever side. Then here we mainly focus on general questions about Outlook client, if you need further assistance on this, it is encouraged to post to the following dedicated
