Hello,
I have a customer that wants to virtualize Exchange 2007 with VMware on his NetApp filer. He also wants to use SRM for disaster recovery for the Exchange environment. He is ready to move forward but he can't seem to find anyone out there that is currently using this exact setup and his boss is a little reluctant to be the first.
Does anyone out there now of anybody that has implemented this exact setup and where they successful?
Thanks,

I'm actually waiting to set it up in my lab once our VM guys have it ready in the next week or so.
But yea, the process does work. I was talking to a guy who did it in a lab, worked really slick.

To use SRM for disaster recovery in the Exchange environment, I suggest you to contact VMware in order to get the solid guidance on such task
Some resources may help:
Support partners for non-Microsoft hardware virtualization software
