Caller ID delay using Response Group RRS feed

  • I read through the thread below on caller ID issues with Response Groups, and wanted to check in to see if a workaround might be available.  The behavior we are seeing is that caller ID only displays the number until an agent answers the call.  Only after answering the call is the caller ID name shown.  From the thread is seems to be an issue with the RGS in what information it's using when initiating the call to the agent group.  Is there any way to force the name to be displayed along with the number?  This seems like an oversight, and is drawing the ire of all receptionists in our company.

  • I'm having this same result and it's quite annoying to the agents in the RGS.  Are there any plans to resolve this issue?
