Wsus troubleshooting - client not detecting

Hello Team,
I setup WSUS on my windows2012R2 server, the clients are windows8.1 but they are not detecting on my WSUS console.
I did the below troubleshooting steps on clients.
1- Ping and telnet to server name with port80 - its working fine
2- typed the servername on Ie, - its opening IIS window
3- restart wuauserv and Bit services , renameed software distribution folder
4- when ever i try the comand to force detect client- I am getting the below mentioned message on logs.
{179D5A85-563A-43AC-AC2E-91C4669AC305} 2016-03-07 10:05:39:697+0530 1 148 [AGENT_DETECTION_FAILED] 101 {00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000} 0 80244019 Windows Update Command Line Failure Software Synchronization Windows Update Client failed to detect with error 0x80244019.
{764BBCEF-6BB9-4C4F-9868-3E7262FB79EC} 2016-03-07 08:27:45:231+0530 1 148 [AGENT_DETECTION_FAILED] 101 {D67661EB-2423-451D-BF5D-13199E37DF28} 1 80244019 SelfUpdate Failure Software Synchronization Windows Update Client failed to detect with error 0x80244019.
5- RSOP.msc - shows all 4 group policy as applied.
the server link is correct, I opened that link and IIS windows is popping up.

Port 8530.

Yes, it is a typical Port-Error.

Hi rkuni,
As Winfried has mentioned, do you manually change the WSUS port, since WSUS 2012 R2 use port 8530 for HTTP and 8531 for HTTPS.
And we need to append the port in the URL when we configure WSUS clients, for example: WSUSServer: http://wsusserver:8530.
