  • Hello. I've searched high and low for answers, tried many suggestions, but haven't had any luck in resolving.

    Symptoms:

    1. OneDrive explorer won't display in Modern UI (tries to load, shows splash screen/logo initially, but in a flash, turns black / displays blank/black screen and just hangs there. however, OneDrive does appear in left pane of my Windows Explorer, and in Charm/PC Settings/Accounts & OneDrive all settings appear correct, ie connected to my Microsoft account, shows Used vs Free cloud storage space available, etc...)

    2. When I check onedrive.com, recent files created on my computer and saved to c:\users\[myusername]\OneDrive\etc... are not syncing/uploading automatically as they're supposed to.

    Things I've tried:

    • sfc /scannow
    • chkdsk /f /r
    • Control Panel/Troubleshooting/Programs
    • Ran AppsDiagnostic.diagcab & onedrivets.diagcab tool/utilities
