Timesheets Not Required - Remove 'Unsubmitted Timesheets' - PS2013 RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

We currently have 100+ users who complete timesheets in PS2013.

Some now do not need to do so, but still access PS on a daily basis.  However, at the home screen you still see 'x' Unsubmitted Timesheets.

How can I get PS to recognise individual resources as not requiring a timesheet and, therefore, with zero missing timesheets?

    Many thanks.

  • Hello,

I don't think you will be able to. As you close timesheet periods the number will decrease (as far as I remember!).

  • I agree with Paul, but you may fake it out by doing something like suggested below.

I haven't tried this, but if you set the latest available date to something in the past, PWA may not think the resource is available and stop the time sheet count.  However, if you need resources in future planning, they will not show up in list as available.
