Unable to recover the admin account due to accidentally deleting the app RRS feed

  • Hi, 

    I turn on the MFA for the company admin account, however I accidentally deleted the app without backup, so now I cannot login again for my admin account. I called the customer service many times but still cannot resolve the problem. So I would like to know if there are any solutions to tackle this issue.

  • In order to use the authenticator app you must have registered an alternative method (e-mail or phone). After you try to login on the website you get an option to login with alternate method.

    After the login you can reregister the authenticator app in your account settings.

  • I have the same problem, i can't login in my admin account because i don't receive a code.  How can i solve this?
