Keyboard stopped working for only one user account after windows 10 last update


  • We have both a dell computer desktop and a surface pro 3 both with windows 10 OS. In the last couple of days(Dec 12) they were both updated from Microsoft.  After the update, THE KEYBOARD FUNCTION on ONE of the user accounts (with administrative) privileges does not work on BOTH THE DESKTOP AND THE SURFACE PRO 3. However, on a SECOND USER account both keyboards DO WORK. No settings were changed by either user. Please reply.
