Unable to access shared inbox RRS feed

  • Question

  • I have exchange 2007 and the clients are outlook 2003.  I have shared a user's inbox for two users giving them owner permissions.  I can go to file open and open other shared folder and the user has access.  If I add the shared inbox as an addtional mailbox, the user can click that mailbox but it gives the error unable to open folder.  Any ideas on this would be helpful.

You need to grant Full Mailbox Access right on the mailbox to the secondary user.
