[Wondows 7] Show desktop button on Left side RRS feed

  • Question

  • is there any way ? I'm tired of moving my mouse pointer all the way to right side corner.

@ Microsoft , what's your creative idea behind moving show desk top icon on end of the taskbar ?

    Hi

You cannot move the new Show Desktop button to the left end of the Taskbar, however you can still enable the Quick Launch toolbar with the old style Show Desktop button and place it next to the Start button.

See the following thread for the instructions.

    Task bar getting full

There are also a lot of keyboard shortcuts you can use.

    WINKEY+D = Show Desktop

WINKEY+M = Minimize all open windows.
WINKEY+SHIFT+M = Restore all open windows.

    WINKEY+Spacebar = Preview Desktop.

    Hope this helps.

Thank You for using Windows 7
