Hi Jackin,
What is your environment, on-premise or online?
Does this issue persist all the time after corporate network went down?
Does anyone else have the same issue?
In my research, you can try to solve the issue in these ways:
- Please try deleting my sign-in info and cleaning your credential on PC (Control Panel>User Account>Credential Manager)
- Changing to another network environment or disabling the antivirus software to see if this issue can be improved.
- Ensure you have installed the required root certificate.
If your environment is online, you can refer to this article:

I appreciate your suggestions Jimmy, however, I did not get a chance to work on this issue again so I couldn't try suggested fixes. Thanks for trying to help though!Wednesday, November 20, 2019 3:07 AM
