Exchange 2010 Transport rule RRS feed

  • Question

  • I want to create a transport rule in exchange 2010 that deletes any message with Blind Copy (Bcc) recipients sent by a specific user. However I'm not seeing this condition
in the transport rule wizard. Is this possible, is there any other way this can be achieved ?

  • No, so far as I know, there is no way to do the job you want.

  • hi,

it is not in English but you can follow the pictures and on the picture 8 you will see Blind Copy (Bcc) in the Actions List.

and you must create a new rule for this action.

NOTE: it is not the right article for your, it is an article about disclaimer but i gave this link to you only for the picture to see Blind Copy (Bcc).

    regards,

  • The bcc option you suggested is in the 'actions' list. However I am looking for a way to deleted any messages that have been bcc'd.
So I am looking for the bcc option in the 'conditions' list of the transport rule. Is there any way to do this, if possible at all?
