Firstly, I would like to verify whether this issue occurred with specify computer or all the computers.
If only one computer could not display the error message, please try the following:
1. Disable the firewall on both PC to check the result
2. Test the issue in the
Clean Boot mode.
3. Update this application to the latest version.
If this happened with all the computer, I suggest you contact the VNC support for more help.
