Paint Shop Pro Version 7 (PsP7) Compatible with Windows 8?

Hi everyone

Can anyone tell me if Psp v7 (Paint Shop Pro 7 ) is compatible with Windows operating system 8? I am thinking of changing my Xp computer and the thought that my PsP7 will not work or be compatible with Windows 8 is stopping me. I will greatly appreciate any replies. I am not computer savvy so I am pretty much lost in this department. :)

Since this is a windows 7 forum you will not find as many people familiar with Windows 8 as you will in one of the windows 8 forums found @ http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/windows/en-US/home?category=w8itpro

Microsoft has a Compatibility Center @ http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/compatibility/CompatCenter/Home where you can check application compatibility.

PSP v7 works fine in Windows 8 and 8.1, even in a 64-bit environment.
