Change the name of an accented folder

Question
-
Hi,
I can't change the name of an accented folder on a server 2008 sp2.
I'm logged to the server as a domain administrator and I'm the folder owner but when I try to change the name I get the following error:
"you need permission to perform this action"
This morning checked whether it was general fail and created another accented folder and... in this case I hadn't problems to change its name and remove the accent.
Can anybody help me?
Thanks in advance.
Regards.

Hello,
Accented folder? I’m afraid i don’t understand. Can you please explain what is an Accented Folder?
Maybe there are certain files within this folder are in use and locked. You can try the suggestions below.
1. Restart the computer and try again.
2. Try to rename it in Safe Mode.
3. Log on as the build-in Administrator account and try again.
4. Try again the above suggestions with UAC turned off.
5. Use the SubInACL tool referring the link below

Hello,
sorry I should have explained in more detail.
In spanish we use accents, for example: PRODCCIÓN.
Restarting the server I solved the problem and, before execute the network maps I could remove the accent and change the folder name.
Thanks a lot.
