Date User Added - Need Help RRS feed

  • Thanks all/any in advance, 

    Running Windows 10 Home

    10.0.17134 Build 17134
    Standalone Workstation

    Need to find the 'date' a user was added to the system. 
    There is only one user (from what I can tell).
    Computer purchased by old retired person on pension who has lost receipt. Machine is faulty. HP happy to replace, but, retailer (distributor) needs more info. Please help.

    Thank you for posting in Microsoft TechNet Forum.

    Windows keeps a complete record of when an account is logged in successfully and also failure attempts to log in. You can view this from the Windows Event Viewer. Press “Win + R,” and type eventvwr.msc in the “Run” dialog  box. When you press Enter, the Event Viewer will open.
