Hi
We have been working for just over a month on SCSM2012 and all of a sudden certain templates I created for Service Requests that are related to service offerings displayed on the SSP are no longer usable. The SCSM console crashes each time I try to open
one of the 3 templates. I created new templates and then everything works fine.
I can also not delete the old templates and I get the error below. It would seem to be some kind of corruption in a management pack?
