    Server Manager roles in Red, I ran the BPA and excluded the warning.  When I close the server manager and open again, they change to green and then back to red.

    Might check the event logs for error details.

    Click on the Manageability. Then you can see the reason. (a service might be stopped state) 

    Then follow the steps there. Unless you can, please mention here what you see

    Hi,

    Suggest you run the AD LDS Setup Wizard and check if it works.

    If the question still exits, you can check your system event log and see if all the services started up fine.
