User Roles limits / permissions in SCSM RRS feed

  • We have 3 main Support Groups which need to see all Incidents and Requests. Folders and Views have been set up for these 3 groups and the main Support people for Incidents and Requests. We have a 4th team that only look after one Application (Business Service) and we want to be able to limit these Users so that they can only see Incidents or Requests that have neen assigned to their team based on this Business Service. This 4th team need to be able to create work items (Incidents/Requests) and be able to assign either to themselves or Escalate to one of the main Support teams. What User role would I use for this or do I have to create a new User Role?

    Any advise on this would be appreciated. Thanks
