UAG Direct Access Clients not connecting RRS feed

  • We are having issues with our clients connecting to UAG

    The clients are either getting

    Role                       : client

    URL                        : https://xx.xxx.com:443/IPHTTPS

    Last Error Code            : 0x80092013

    Interface Status           : failed to connect to the IPHTTPS server. Waiting to reconnect

    or they are getting

    Interface IPHTTPSInterface (Group Policy)  Parameters
    ------------------------------------------------------------
    Role                       : client
    URL                        : https://xx.xx.com:443/IPHTTPS
    Last Error Code            : 0x274c
    Interface Status           : failed to connect to the IPHTTPS server. Waiting to reconnect

    The IPHTTPS certificate is from a third party (verisign)

    Some clients are able to connect and others are not. If we gpupdate machines this resolves the problem for a while and then the issue occurs again.

    The CA for the client certificates are functioning fine.
