Dial-in conferencing add code twice? RRS feed

  • Question

  • We are currently on a Lync 2013 environment but we have deployed Skype for Business 2015 with around 20 pilots in it.

All DNS records still points towards the Lync 2013 environment.

If a user homed in the Skype pool are scheduling a meeting with dial-in one have to fill in the access code and language twice to get into the meeting.

How can we troubleshoot this further?

  • Hi [zid],

If I understand correctly, you have 20 experimental users on the SFB 2015 server.

All dns records point to the Lync 2013 servers.

When a user of skype for business 2015,he schedule a  dial-in conference ,if he wants to join the meeting, he must fill access number and language twice?

Lync 2013 servers and sfb 2015 server are in the same site ?

If a user on the lync 2013 servers shedule a dial-in conference, when he join in the meeting ,he will have this problem?

The problem was happened in the following picture(dian-in conference setting) or the client?

  • Hi,

correct. Same site, only skype pilots affected. all dns records points towards the old environmet. (except fqdn and new poolname).

When we are trying to call into the meeting. internal or external users we receive this issue...
