latest WSUSSCN2.CAB file not updated with June 2016 patch release?

Question
-
Is the latest available WSUSSCN2.CAB file (released 6/13/2016) valid?
It appears to not contain the latest release patches?
Any info appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Hi KBwithHP,
There may be some delay for wusscn2.cab to include the new released updates, it may not be a long time, so let's wait for the update. Thanks for your patient.
Best Regards,
Anne

Thank you. Interesting that the digital signatures on the file I downloaded this morning from:
go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=74689
are shown as, Thursday, June 16, 2016 2:57:01 PM and 2:57:05 PM (sha256)
Is there a different link/location I should be sourcing the file from?

Additionally, this 'delay' in delivery/availability of the off-line file is problematic.
Is MSFT taking any action to ensure a more timely availability of this file for customers?
