Bit Locker recovery key

My tablet wont turn on. It goes to the bit locker. It says i need a recovery key. i dont know whats the recovery key is. The tablet gave me a Key Id and a Drive Label. It said those information are important to retrive my recovery Key. it also told me to go to the following website Http://windows.microsoft.com/recoverykeyfaq. but the site dont existe anymore. it goes straight to the microsoft main page. If you're locked out of your PC, you'll need a BitLocker recovery key to sign back in. Please refer to the link below.
We could find your BitLocker recovery key by follow the steps in the link below.
If we couldn’t find the recovery key, for your data security, I suggest that we’d better connect local data recovery center for help.
