After SP1 : PWA cannot connect any more RRS feed

  • Question

  • After Iinstalled Project Server 2010 SP1 on Project Server 2010, I cannot connect any more on my PWA site.

    NB: I'm using an Hyper V VM with Windows Server 2008 R2+SP1

    Any idea ?

  • You should open the ULS files and search for the Correlation ID in the error message to figure out the actual problem. It's hard to diagnose and fix otherwise. Take a look at:

  • The most recurrent errors in the ULS are the following. I installed only this file: officeandprojectserver2010sp1-kb2460047-x64-fullfile-fr-fr.exe

    I guess is was not enough. What are the other files I have to install and in which order?

  • Looks like you have installed only French language pack. Is your base Project server and SharePoint installation is English and on top of it have you installed French language pack?

  • Hi,

    Today i have the same issue and this is the solution.

    1- Go to the central Administration

    2- click on Manage Web Application

    3- Choose the web application for your project web app

    4- check  all Services to assosiate them to your web application 

    5- Click ok.
