I have a exchange environment located in the US. I have a satellite office in the UK connected to the Exchange VIA VPN. Exchange is 2003 and using outlook 2003. The UK office is using UK keyboards and the US is US keyboards. When we receive emails from the
UK office, currency and special characters do not render correctly. As a example,

Purchase up to €1m € TLB at 100.2, this is what I will receive on the US side. This is only mail coming from UK and not mail going to UK. I have tried changing to plain text, international setting to Unicode UTF-8,
use word as editor and nothing seems to work. Is there something I need to do on exchange to get this to correct?
