I set my computer back to factory settings and attempted a restore which i backed up on dvd disks. I select to rerstore from my E drive and it states it's ready to back up from the disk i have in there with the dated 12/10/10
i do what i have to and a message pops up and asks for the disk with a date 10/27/2010 but like it asked for the first time i did my back up on 12/10 not 10/27 and it wont accept the disk i have my files backed up on. i tried to have a tech
from microsoft or HP to help me but they want to charge me for a program i never used before and was sold to me not working correctly in the first place. A friend told me about this forum so i hope some one can help me. Thx Charlie
