    Sometimes when running outlook and other programs when closing them.  I get the following error message. Is anyone familiar with this?

    BlueScreen and Shutdown

    Problem signature:

    Problem Event Name: BlueScreen

    I am also receiving a simulare  Blue Screen    but my codes are a little different. Seems to happen when I am on AOL mail

    It just started happening this two days ago and has not happened the past 25 days.    

    Are you running Vista Home Edition and did you just buy a new system.  Just wondering.   - Rita

    My error message was because I was running desktop manager by Blackberrry  Once I downloaded service pack 2 it fixed my problem.  Try to narrow down the message and see what programs are running when this happens and its probably related to driver. Update all drivers and this should fix your problem

          I had the problem before. But I took my laptop to Circuit City.

    there is no service pack 2 for Vista...
