  • - Remove the ADRMS role.

    - Go into AD Sites and Services on a DC.

    - Click View>Show Services Node

    - Expand the Services Node

    - Delete the "Windows Rights Management Services" node.

    - Note: Delting the "SCP" node under "Windows Rights Management Services" will not work..you need to delete the parent. I see people make that mistake all the time.

  • See the following thread.  There are a couple of potential things to investigate.  Likely, you should look at the ADSIEdit fix.
