My windows 7 is so slow !!!! RRS feed

  • Hello.

    I have a computer with 32GB of Ram, VGA GT 730, CPU Intel Corei7 and Installed Windows 7 64 bit  but my computer is so slow and I can't work with InDesign CC :(

    I installed all drivers too.

    Any idea?

  • Can you upload your event viewer logs and run a system file check

    Please read this wiki to find out how to find and upload your event viewer logs

    Please run a system file check (SFC) & DISM  if you are on win 8 or higher

    I remove Windows 7 and installed Windows 10 and result are same and the information that you requested are :

  • We need the actual files not screenshots (we cant search screenshots)  Please upload.

    You need to update from 10240 to the November update (10586) as that by itself may fix the issue.

    In DISM you did not do RESTORE HEALTH which is the only thing that "fixes" the errors found in SFC

  • The fastest way to get the upgrade is to download the ISO.  An ISO is like a dvd so to use it you will need to right click>mount.  Start the upgrade from within windows.

    The Official Final Windows 10 download is now available (10586)

    Use the download tool to create ISO media to update your windows.
