How to configure Search services in Project Server 2010 RRS feed

All replies

  • Hi Neeraj--

Did you create & configure the Search service application in Sharepoint 2010 farm using the SharePoint central administration?
if not yet, please refer to belwo article:
    http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/gg502597(v=office.14).aspx

Once you have everything setup & Search Service Application will crawl the PWA sites/site collection for content database. You can search in PWA site, will show the data of project sites from content database.

If you are looking for the  Project Web App (PWA) entities - Project, Task, and Resource data to be searched, please refer to the msdn solution:
    http://archive.msdn.microsoft.com/PS2010Search

    Hope that helps.
