  • Hi,

Please let me know if all of the icons have this issue? What small window it runs in?

If you are talking about the thumbnail of the icon, the issue could be caused by thumbnails cache, I suggest deleting the cache for testing.

1.Click Start -> All Programs -> click Accessories -> System Tools -> Disk Cleanup.

    2. If you are prompted, click My files only.

    3. In the Files to delete list, click to select Thumbnails.

    4. Click OK, and then click Delete files.

If the issue persists, you could create a new user account to check the result.

  • Run the Windows Aero troubleshooter and see if that helps: http://windows.microsoft.com/es-es/windows7/Open-the-Aero-troubleshooter
