Cluster Disks not display in monitoring

    Question

  • Hi Guys,

I have got a cluster disks monitor issue on SCOM 2007 R2, the Cluster MP version is 6.1.7221.0, OS MP is 6.0.7323.0

For Cluster server can not to found Cluster virtual server (SCOM Agent was re-install again and proxy was selected).

But in case, We Can see the Cluster disks from SCOM Administration --> Device Management --> Agentless Managed to open Diagram View to get the real structure, and open the Health Explore form that.

Why and how to solve it.

  • Hi,

Please kindly understand that SCOM2007 is not officially supported any more. To get better user experience, it is suggested to upgrade to SCOM2016 or SCOM1801. However, we cannot upgrade to the newest edition, we need to upgrade to SCOM2012 first. If we prefer, we can deploy SCOM2016/1801 from scratch. Thank you again for your kind understanding.

Here's the upgrade guide for your reference:
