Outlook 2016 Not displaying All Mailboxes RRS feed

  • Question

  • Outlook 2016 working fine for months. Suddenly, today, two of my mailboxes are not being displayed. Checked in settings and the accounts are there. Removed and re-entered account info for one of the missing accounts. Still won't come up in Outlook. Checked on the mail server that Outlook "grabs" the emails from.  Emails are there. Very frustrating...

  • Hi,

    >>two of my mailboxes are not being displayed.

You mean the accounts are disappeared from the navigation pane? Have you ever made any changes/updates to your system/Office installation?

Please try to launch Outlook with "/resetnavpane" switch and see if that will correct the issue:

Press Win + R and type "outlook.exe /resetnavpane" in the blank box, then press Enter.

This will clear and regenerate the Navigation Pane for the current profile. Please feel free to post back with any findings.
