Outlook 2003 HELP!!! RRS feed

  • Shortly after opening Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 I will be asked for Username and Password repeatedly. How can I stop this from happening? It used to happen sporadically and stop after entering the password a few times. Now it is constant and I cannot receive or send any e-mails via my Outlook.

    Which account are you used, Exchange or others?
    Can your check it in web side, for example OWA for Exchange?

    For Outlook credential issue, try to remove your credential cache in Credential Manager.

    Since Outlook 2003 is out of support for many years, I recommend to upgrade to Outlook 2013 or Outlook 2016.
