My hardwired mouse and my bluetooth keyboard stopped working on my Surface (although the connection to my monitors via the docking station works). I can open up the surface and use the built in keypad/mouse. If I restart my Surface the connected external
keyboard and mouse start working again. If I disconnect them from my Surface and reconnect, they stop working until I restart the machine. This is a pain if I take my Surface somewhere and then return to my workstation. This issue is usually the case when
I reconnect but sometimes I reconnect my mouse wire and docking wire and the keyboard and mouse do work. Any idea how to fix this so I don't have to restart my machine all the time?
