  • If you are talking about one in a virtual machine, then shut down the VM, edit the settings, browse to the vNIC, and click remove.

    If you are talking about one in the management OS of the host, then it depends on why/how it was created. It might be used with an Internal virtual switch (remove the internal virtual switch). It might have been created as part of converged networking (use Remove-VMNetworkAdapter -ManagementOS).
