Move SCSM Workflow account to office 365 RRS feed

  • Hi,

    I just need a sanity check.  We want to move all mail enabled accounts to Office 365.  Our SCSM Workflow account is mail enabled, however as far as I can tell, we don't use that for any email needs anymore.  We moved all of our Exchange Connector Run As accounts to Office 365 and no longer use Impersonation with the workflow account.  Our notifications use a different ID for sending email notifications.  Am I missing anything?  Is there any reason to not move the workflow account to Office 365?

    Based on my research, the workflow account used for Exchange connector must have an Office 365 or Exchange 2010 mailbox.
