Can't activate Word 2002 over the internet RRS feed

    It has always worked up until now, when I try to activate Word 2002 over the internet it says that it cannot connect when my Internet works just fine. It seems as if Microsoft shut down the server and I don't have any more license uses for Office 2010. Most house holds have more than 3 computers. Mine has 5.
