Windows 2008R2 Windows Update is very slow

Dear all ,
We have one server Wsus which distribute all update in my infrastructure.
We have one server RDS (2008 R2) when I would like install update (office,Security update or new software) it is very very slow . For example : 4 office update (10 Mb) the server taking 3-4 hours .
We have no probleme configuration between Wsus and this serverThanks for help.

Hi. Would you check CPU utilization on the server, where you are trying to install patches while you are installing them? I believe that was some issue when installing packages using Windows installer.
If high CPU is not that case, it might be also because of printer driver: http://www.msfn.org/board/topic/128746-slow-software-installation-on-terminal-servers/ (I had this issue)

What is connectivity between WSUS and Win Server? Please also check Event logs (System/Application) and c:\windows\windowsupdate.log

I see this log and we have no problem in Systel/Application and c:\windows\windowsupdate.log

WindowsUpdate.log should at least clarify, why it takes so long - or even better: what takes so long.

Log describes activities from 2015-11-05 14:51:06:590 to 2015-11-05 14:51:12:576 - in other words 6 seconds. Is it possible to upload somewhere what happened during long installation?

I have :
Stop Windows update Service
Rename C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution --> C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution.old
Start Windows update Service
I still have a problem Windows Update is very slow for installing updates.
