The above mentioned Monitor is causing false alerts as you could see in the description mentioned below , may be caused due to the script issue(probably) but am not sure.
The description goes like this "AD FS configuration database that is stored in SQL Server 'false' is unavailable". You will notice that the server property returns false,because of a failed script and creates false alert.
Please let me know if this is caused due to script or environmental issue?
I can go ahead and disable the Alert but looks like this is one important monitor to test the SQL connectivity.
