Microsoft Dynamic CRM Support (Version 2011 or 2013) RRS feed

  • We are a SI company, we have a customer is using Dynamic CRM, I just wondering if we have made customizations on the Dynamics CRM (version 2011 or 2013), will there be any effect on the Microsoft support to the customer?

  • If the product allows for customization / personalization, and as long as the product is still within the support lifecycle, then you'll still be able to get support from Microsoft.
