  • Hello,

I searched for the some of these errors and it was suggested the the Windows Firewall Service be turned off during the installation of the agent. I tried this and in fact the agent properly installed.  I had my firewall disabled on the client machine which one would think is sufficient. This is a little odd isn't it?
