Metered Connection Warning. HELP ! RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello,

Since yesterday I don't have any more the Send & Receive button in my Outlook 2010. If I press the F9 key I get the message: "Not Implemented"

In File / Info I have this message on a yellow background:

    Metered Connection Warning
We noticed the metered connection you'are on may charge extra and the Office program might access online content.
Tap or click the network icon and turn on Airplane mode to go offline.
Connect to a Wi-Fi or LAN that is not metered
Check the status of your data plan with your mobile operator.

Under that I have another warning with a red background:

    Upgrade in progress

Your mailbox is currently being optimized as part of upgrading to Outlook 2013. This one*time process may take more than 15 minutes and performance may be affected while the optimization is in progress.

    What can I do?

    I'm running Windows 7 Familial
