PowerPivot Management Dashboard Processing Timer Job fails RRS feed

  • Question

  • PowerPivot Management Dashboard Processing Timer Job fails with event log error as

"The Execute method of job definition Microsoft.AnalysisServices.SPAddin.UsageProcessingTimerJob (ID 32e8cacb-e260-4a98-87cf-45144b5cad93) threw an exception. More information is included below. Call to Excel Services returned an error."

On ULS log, error is due to timerjob was unable to find file"PowerPivotManagement Data.xlsx". After validating url for this file, I have it was incorrectly set. Just to be safe I have updated both trusted file location and trusted data connection library but timejob is still pointing to the same location. Any help on how can I update/configure so that timerjob points to right connection file location?

wrong url as listed on uls below: https://servername:portnumber/PowerPivotManagement/xxxxxxxx-xxxxxx-xxxxxxx/PowerPivotManagement Data.xlsx

    right url: https://servername:portnumber/PowerPivot%20Management/xxxxxxxx-xxxxxx-xxxxxxx/1033/PowerPivotManagement Data.xlsx

    ULS log:

Opening workbook model for refresh for url 'https://servername:portnumber/PowerPivotManagement/xxxxxxxx-xxxxxx-xxxxxxx/PowerPivotManagement Data.xlsx' (session policy: CloseSessionOnDispose, KeepActiveSessionAlive).
