Software Update Automatic Deployment Rule - Download setting

SCCM 2012 Sp1

If checked "If software updates are not available on preferred distribution point or remote distribution point, downlad content from Microsoft Updates." My question is if this is checked does the download from MU only contain the packages that are part of the deployment as set by SCCM or does it download all packages made available in general to MU/WU at that point in time?

Hi,

It will only download the updates that you have deployed and that are applicable for the computer in question.
