Run this command on elevated powershell :
PowerShell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted -Command "& {$manifest = (Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.WindowsStore).InstallLocation + '\AppxManifest.xml'
; Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $manifest}"
Reboot and check the results.
