    Hi,

    Our organization is using office 365. We are developing intranet for our organization using office 365 SharePoint.

    We are facing problem in setting access permission.

    1. We want anonymous users to access our portal. But can't able to set permission. Please help us so that we can set permission for anonymous users.

    2. We want some user as a reader. but unable to set. We are customizing checked of read access permission option, but didn't work. would you someone help us, which options should be selected for read permission.

    3. Also need help for edit access permission. which options should be selected for Edit permission.

    Hello Shariful Sabuj,

    1. You can use external sharing features of SharePoint Online to share content with people outside your organization who do not have licenses for your Microsoft Office 365 subscription.

    2. Try to add Read access users to "Visitors" group

    3. I recommend you to create a new "Permission level" for Edit users
