Problems with MSRA RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello

    We have a problems using MSRA, we'r using a windows 10 environment 1703 & windows 2012 server.
The problem is when we are trying to connect to a computer we get an error messages: Your offer to help could not be sent.

a workaround we found requires the user to logg off/on the computer. Then everything works fine for a couple of minutes (approx 15 minutes) after that we have the same issue again.

So everyone that wants our help needs to log off/on their computer before we can connect to them..

It seems to be related with GPO since it works 1-15 minutes on a clean start-up.

This problem occurred in february/mars. And we did nothing to our gpo's, firewall, antivirus during this time.

Have anyone else seen this problem before?

    Help is much appreciated.
