Is is possible to make exceptions to a policy rule? RRS feed

  • We're using a policy rule to try and trap unsolicited mail; it's working well, but it's catching some things in Quarantine that we want to let through.

    Is it possible to create an exception to this rule? For example, if we had a policy rule set up that filtered up everything containing the word "Marketing" in the subject, is there a way to allow anything coming from sampledomain.com through, even if it contains "Marketing" in the subject?

    just create another policy rule that allows these e-mails, because allow rules are processed before blocking rules.
