Rolling update in Office 2019 RRS feed

  • Since the last rolling update I cannot use my Go Daddy IMAP account in Outlook 365

  • Hi,

    Is there any error message when using the account in Outlook?

    Have you tried reconfigure the account in Outlook within another Outlook profile?

    Could you share the specific settings you used when set up the account? Or, you may contact GoDaddy and confirm whether you are using the correct settings.

    Besides, what update did you install? Are there any other users affected by the same issue in your organziation? If possible, we may try temporarily uninstalling the update or reverting to a previous version to see whether the issue will disappear.
